And it's not just inconvenient: GA remains roughly eleven times more dangerous than driving, with human error cited in four out of five crashes. More training and longer checklists, designed to reduce human error, have only raised the barrier to entry and dulled the joy of flight.

Modern technology demands a modern solution. Skytron's aircraft is safe by default, preventing the unsafe inputs that underlie most accidents. Near‑autonomous systems manage takeoff, route following, weather adjustments, traffic detection and landing—reducing pilot workload by an order of magnitude.
